Maybe. Markets have a tendency to decline in expectation of trouble. When the news comes out, it either shrugs it off as not been as bad as was anticipated or has some kind of relief rally anyway. Who knows, maybe market was waiting to see what Apple had to offer...

I certainly would not rule out the fact that there maybe more, even a lot more work to do. We could have quite a volatile day if an early rally fizzles and the mkt decides to test lows one more time. But an important point to keep is mind is corrections have been getting shorter and a sharp rally might catch people off guard. A close over 80 in INTC would be very + ve.
