That's a noble sentiment, Bill, but the fact of the matter is that they are far-and-away outbreeding normal people, suffocating civilization with their insane ideas, and they are completely unwilling to compromise on their extreme radicalism. I have a strong belief that genetic scientists will ultimately deem low intelligence a completely incapacitating trait. They will be able to peacefully modify humans so than those who lack adequate intelligence will not be physically able to reproduce, and their kind will gradually die off. Of course, that's assuming that countries like Israel or China do not grow impatient and take matters into their own hands first! The Chinese have surpassed the United States technologically, in many areas. It would not surprise me if they decide to downsize the human population according to their own standards. While we're busy preparing to defend against nuclear strikes and so forth, I think the next chapter in human warfare will be a simple bio-engineered viral strain that completely neutralizes people with undesirable genetic traits. It would be quietly released without anyone knowing what is happening. China or Israel could be just the types of states who covertly resort to that. I don't think there is any way to prevent it from happening now. It's only a matter of time until someone does it!
