That's my bet as well, so I won't take your bet. But I expect a particularly messy fight before they get there. The tipping point will be just how willing the portion of the Dem caucus that strongly supports ending the cuts for the over $250k crowd, just how willing they are to go along. If not, they might begin discussing, ambling toward something like a filibuster. Join that with the crew on the Republican side that won't cooperate in anything that makes the govt look as if it might be working, and you have the inevitable formula. Something more than gridlock because of all the highly charged us against them language from the far right Rep caucus.

I'll give you 3-2 odds that after a messy fight, they agree on a two-year extension of all the cuts. It's the path of least resistance for everyone.

It would certainly fit the GOP agenda. I'm not so sure about Democrats though. The Republicans want this issue to stay alive. Extending it for two years keeps it on the election year cycle, their ideal scenario. It will allow them to do what they do best--tell everyone in two years that the Democrats want to raise your taxes for big govt that doesn't work, if you want lower taxes and smaller govt vote for us.
