The House cannot preserve the Bush Tax cuts without the consent of the Senate and the President. the liberals that don't vote in favor of the tax cuts will be toast in the next election. and they know it..

We have only 5 days left until Election Day. In the United States Senate, the stakes couldn't be higher. Thirty-seven seats are up for grabs, and our Party must capture 10 of those seats to claim a new Republican majority in our country's highest legislative body.
