Yes, these are frightening thoughts and times, my friend.

Has mankind changed to the point that there are no more people capable of implementing an advanced eugenics agenda?

Search the news. There is much discussion of the future of eugenics.

Today, there are more people who are potentially far worse than Hitler and they have far more lethal weapons and advanced science at their disposal. These threats are semi-contained for now, but is their containment permanent?

When a genetic bio-weapon is ultimately deployed and activated, I doubt anyone will even realize it. It certainly won't come with a big bang or any fanfare. In fact, if it's done correctly, it will not be perceivable at all -- at first!

I doubt it will be used to instill fear, cause panic, or issue demands. It will simply be used to erase undesirables, slowly, methodically, deliberately, permanently, and irreversibly.

The only question is, "Who will decide what constitutes undesirability?"

After such a genetic bio-weapon is activated, someone will eventually realize that certain groups are unable to procreate anymore. By then, it will simply be too late.

Here's a scary thought. What if an uber-rogue scientist decides that humanity has had it? What if he unilaterally decides to depopulate the entire planet of human infestation, except for himself and his loved ones?

After the others are gone, perhaps his goal would be to genetically modify himself and his loved ones to procreate and facilitate his vision of "perfect humans" populating the world, in very limited numbers.

Such a scenario may seem like a nightmare, but it is plausible and it is becoming increasingly easy to accomplish.

Bottom line: I think we are not very far away from a single human mastering the ability to eliminate anyone of his choosing, genetically.

It's not funny Bill, I was in the parking lot at the mall the other day. I observed several nonwhites leave their car and enter the building. I watched for several hours but then my wife ended her shopping day and made me take her home. After I dropped my wife off I circled back to the mall and the vehicle I was watching had left. God only knows where it is now.
