San Francisco has a new celebrity: Dallas sports anchor Newy Scruggs, whose comment about people smoking weed outside AT&T Park before Game 1 of the World Series became a viral video on the Internet. Scruggs noticed the smell of marijuana Wednesday during a live shot that aired in Dallas. He declared, "Right over there, there's people smoking weed."
