Hell, it is part of the business. Delays happen. You couldn't even BEGIN to list the lesser aircraft which have been delayed and in some cases scrapped.

I seem to remember one called the "SPRUCE GOOSE"....

Overseas suppliers, remote design teams, shipping in complex parts for assembly, taking advantage of local regulations, tax codes, and expertise, it's all part of that global free market that you wish to burn in effigy.

You idiot. They did it so they could get more plane orders but its backfiring in their faces. They are losing orders for the Dreamliners. Russia is threatening to take them to court. Its a mess.
