Can't be done, even if the 2/3 budget rule gets repealed this election. I think it's gonna take a new Constitution, and that'll never happen.
He does have some good economic stuff working for him...construction on high speed rail is scheduled to start next year. There's a lot of green construction going on which will help bit with the energy problem. He'll run a tight ship, and maybe in a year or two he'll even get tuition costs down a bit, but we won't get back to the 70's for a very long time. Doesn't matter who is in charge.

I don't care too much about Barbara, but considering the alternative, I take her over Fiorina who sent jobs overseas. Maybe Barbara is more interested in herself, that is a small maybe, but Fiorina is definitely interested in fattening her purse, she has no concern about the people she represents. The proof is in the pudding which is HP.
