It is a bi polar deal. They were lending to anyone. Now they are lending to nearly nobody. Maybe they will lend again once the election is over and they've done enough pain to the economy and the administration.

My dentist locked in a 3.75 on a 15 year. Submitted all of his paperwork, the bank get in touch says they are missing 5 pages could he please resubmit. Sends what is requested then informed they are missing some others. Bank does this 5 times.(can any thing be done right the first time in today`s society?) His lock has expired so on a day it was at 3.55 he asked to lock in again. Bank did not answer. He has not refinanced as of yesterday. youtube.com
