I'm not 100% sure. Just heard from others it was submitted and under review already.

There's lots of registrations, permits, and licenses required by all businesses and just anout every public company has them. The air permit is the only one discussed because it`s the onky one that's a challenge to get as a P2O process must prove to be non-pollutive (below certain levels), and every other attempt before JBII in the state of NY has failed miserably, never even making it to the stack test.

A BUD is a determination that the waste being used is being used as an alternative fuel. If the DEC determines that turning plastic into diesel fuel is indeed an alternative fuel use, then the BUD is immediately granted.

Air permit application will be submitted probably next week as they had what was likely the final meeting with the DEC this past week on various aspects of what will be in it. The permit itself will be a public document and a pioneer/precedent for all futute permits so every word is vital. Not dissimilar, IMO, to a lawyer`s contract. Air permit should be approved within 2 weeks of submission. Some think it will be rubber-stamped approved since the meetings and working with the DEC IS getting every word approved in advance.
