Defunct Cold War time economic system was simple. Easy for simpleton for understand. Generations grew up thinking that was just that: simple. Lurking below the apparent simplicity presented to the OECD populaces, there were complexities that only the ones exogenous to that system grasped the total concept. Those, living off the OECD- batlled financial crisis after financial crisis. Hyper inflation. Low growth. Populaces pressures... From that tough environment raises a class of entrepreneurs, economists and managers taught in the school of hard knocks. It is those that now the apartment cats of the OECD countries have to compete.
