I didnt follow this company but i did have a run in with them a few years ago when didnt release collateral for some preferred shares i owned after the company filed for bankruptcy, and i never got paid the collateral. wilmington trust wl has really fallen on hard time announced a merger with mt bank and the stock price got cut in half in the premarket. blue bloods must be throwing up breakfast now.
