Been thinking the same thing. Sentiment often becomes a game of guessing about what the other guys are guessing about what somebody else is guessing about.

Sell the news seems reasonable, but if a big QE2 announcement is baked in, is a sell the news reaction now so widely anticipated that it's also baked in?

all of them are expecting some kind of correction ... but consensus even among reasonable guys is disturbing :)

Maybe there is a fake move higher first?


...or the resumption of the Bear, rather than a mere correction. Very few people entertain this possibility nowadays, mostly permabears - and a scattering of Elliott Wave addicts.... :)
