Two of the three have financial incentives while they pass on the risk to a other parties.

I made a nice chunk of change on the tech bubble, and I made a small fortune in the last RE bubble. I kind of LIKE surfing the bubbles. I don't push for max returns, and always drop off the wave well before it breaks,
