George is not selling his stock. This is more nonsense from MFerg which has been adequately addressed by previous posters. What I find interesting is that MFerg's posts are becoming more incoherant. Keep it up, guy! As I said before, with each new post you expose your ignorance and/or agenda. The expression "give someone enough rope and they will hang themselves" applies here.

Cheers..Faris

We already have, mfergu, and its been discussed very thoroughly by those of us who analyze the company. That Registration is well known to us. What you probably are not aware of is that a registration to be able to sell is not the same as selling. Also, didn't you find it noteworthy that George Faris did NOT register about 2 million + shares. Finally, do you think that the Hunts would have given George $10 million in exchange for stock if they thought he was selling his own shares? (why am I taking the time to even explain this stuff to this guy?).

If you are a "newbie", do your homework...you've got days of
research to go. If, however, as I suspect you are simply trying to undermine people's confidence with rumor and innuendo...I suggest you take your game somewhere else. And understand this too. Hyping other oil stocks on this thread is frowned upon by most of us.

Cheers...Faris

Yeah, I know about the in-house financing they received last week. It does bother me that the company is married to dilutive measures for raising cash.

Registering shares for sale by insiders isn't going to stop more of this type of financing. But if there is ever any posturing--rumors--that company officers are preparing to dump shares before any results on reserves or news concerning a JV is out the stock will tank.

Insider selling is never out of the question. It's just another factor to be considered.

I just can't imagine someone buying stock in a company without taking a look at past SEC filings. The "Screamer" makes me chuckle. This is old news, but important news.
