Bill, I'm afraid your post is riddled with factual errors, both as to the rights of potential claimants against SNCG as it is today and LS's role in SNCG then as well as now. There was a connection going back to the days when SNCG was first working with FQ; this is speculation on my part but I would not be surprised if LS's interests had a hand in the development of and sale of FQ's underlying technology to SNCG way back when. Bill, in addition to acknowledging "There were legitimate merger/acquisitions attempts....that failed" you espouse great expectations of Larry Stockett. But it's not clear to me as to why you have such confidence - what exactly has he done to merit thinking he'll revive SNCG and make it marketable via any sort of merger(s)? We know of the karate studio chain and we know of some outfits in the mountain states that he brought into HighTec's stable - but where are the big profits that would be driving HTEH's shares skyward? Last we heard of karate was that it produced income of $400,000 - not chump change but not a bonanza either. And do we know that karate is still part of LS's stable or has it bailed also in the manner of BAI? (yes I know BAI allegedly snookered Mr. Dealmaker and he has a settlement of sorts but there's been an absence of press releases on the karate studios whereas PR was regular and prolific before.) What exactly does he have to show for those PR announcements that indicate any sort of financial success? What's he really accomplished that makes you sure he'll bring in a gusher via reverse myosis?
