I think a better summary of jo's philosophy is this:

It is not possible nor conceivable that a democrat will ever or has ever done anything good. Not ever since the beginning of time has a democrat done anything good, nor in the future will a democrat ever do anything that is good.

Take the above statement and replace democrat with republican and good with bad and you have the other half of his statement of belief.
