Last year I saw pictures of the ceiling blocks falling and crushing cars and people. A very poor job of construction at such outrageous costs! Is it safe yet?

Suppose I want a big government contract that specifies minority preference, but I'm not a minority. I find a willing minority person and form an alliance with him. I form a shell company and obtain the contract using fraudulent minority preference.
