Here's another asset sold and I'm pretty sure it's a money thing?<g> sports.espn.go.com Change has already arrived with the entry fees rising for the Bassmaster Opens. I can't see the benefits to the angler yet in the form of more prize money. In fact, 1st place is now paid mostly in merchandise instead. not so great for the winner, except for the automatic Bassmaster Classic berth for the winner. Bass Pros are under paid. Without corporate sponsorship you can't compete. My 2011 schedule hinges on the amount of support I can find.....not an easy task unless you win every tournament you enter? >>>BASS needs to do a better job serving its membership/anglers, and it needs to do a better job obtaining and serving its sponsors.<<< sports.espn.go.com The Anglers are still the stars and need more money! we're all broke<g>
