Well, heck, I guess California better let their welfare money be spent at marijuana sellers .... after all, then they can produce more Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. Actually, of course if Gates and Jobs had been real stoners, they wouldn't have founded companies that proved successful, they'd still be in their parents basement and garage, respectively. Don't let the long hair fool ya. Everybody had it then. Almost anyway. I didn't.
