An answer to why he will be out of the country. To shield him from the embarrassment of the election rebuke, so he doesn't have to answer questions about the electoral disaster and feed his ego with an audience that will still give him a positive response.

Obama is flying to India later this week at great taxpayer expense (I've heard $100 million a day), and staying at the Taj Hotel. He sewed up all 570 rooms at $1200 per per night. Plus two other hotels for his entourage.

Like you, I wish Obama would go to Indonesia and stay there. He could polish his own statue.
