rove was off a bit.. Republicans picked up 680 seats in state legislatures,400 more than rove estimated. rove very good but is not in tune with the underlying momentum behind the dramatic shift which just occurred. he may even be lamenting a shift this large, as Tea Party represents a challenge to the republican hierarchal cabal. he never writes as if he understands the NON Voting Majority, probably because this missing information about the electorate, has enabled the 2 major parties to masquerade opposition, while sustaining political operations that can be best characterized as ebb and flow, balance of incumbent party power.
