GOP control of the house can indeed cause "sudden & dramatic changes" in spending.....it would not be a big surprise to see another horse hockey shut down of government.

The whining will be monumental.

Our system of checks and balances will prevent any sudden and dramatic changes.

Where has your consciousness been the last two years? Is there anything higher than a limbic system in your skull? Obama and congress (I'll capitalize "congress" when the new one is sworn in) have unconstitutionally and unlawfully forced sudden and dramatic changes on this country for 21 months running with no "checks and balances" against the unending thuggery.

Have a nice day.

Our system of checks and balances hasn't stopped the arrogant Hussein Obama as he seized power without America knowing anyting about him except for his fictiious writing.
