You ask how this scenario can be interpreted as positive. Consider the following: AIPC is in negotiations with a major or several majors. Is it possible that they are in negotiations to be acquired, perhaps at a very high per share amount? If this was the case, that would explain the registration of these shares. Alternatively, this could just be a non-event. Company directors register shares for sale all the time and nothing comes of it in the short term.

George Faris' registration was a pro forma excercise. If he wants to be in a position to cash in part of his 4 million share holding to reap some of the rewards of a JV partner cash deal he has to have registered. It's as simple as that. We discussed this two months ago on both AOL and SI for those of you with no short term memory. This is a non-issue.
