It's amazing that elder citizens would vote for a party that threatens their social security and medicare. Unbelievable. I still think and am not going to be easily persuaded that the the RW radio talk show persons did the damage with lies and distortions. To think that this Congress did more in the 18 months than Bush did in 8 years and they threw it all over. I blame the Democrats for not publishing more their accomplishments. AND poor Pelosi. She was the best thing the Senate has had in years. Can you see Boehner up there. HE can now show how good he is for anything except negativity. How does a party that offers nothing but just criticizes the current party get in office. Because they were instructed to by the RW media. The FAIR something or other doctrine needs to be reinstated..but of course it never will be.. That calls for someone who makes some ridiculous untrue statement to be challenged and have to support their thesis... But the only voices are those from those Capitalists who own the stations.. And one an Aussie at that. Where are the voices of righteous indignation. Imagine what that would do to Beck,Limbaugh etc. whom I think the elderly listen to a lot. Especially in Florida where they are retired with lots of time to view TV.... AND at the gym several Tvs are always on FOX ... AND in conclusion a note from the book THE WOMANS ROOM.. WHY DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN OBNOXIOUS ALTERNATIVES. WE LIVE IN A MORAL SCHIZOPHRENIA.
