You are as puzzled as myself and every analyst that comments on Terra. I guess that is why the share price is $1.25.

They do have great assets and some great people which is reflected in their exploration and development success.
Too bad their commander appears to be lost.
IMO, the CEO has made many bad (and at times irrational) decisions, such as hedging at the wrong time, divesting good assets at the wrong time, halting drilling at the wrong time, etc. That's just my opinion but WTHDIK.
Terra should be a $10 stock but keeps tripping over its shoe-laces.

Maybe they are actually forming two discrete oil and gas companies.
They wouldn't actually sell all of their prime Canadian gas assets right at the bottom of the market, would they?
