Let barry veto the healthcare repeal. That should really go over good with the stupid american public.

McConnell just said if they can get it through the senate the healthcare repeal bill will be the first bill to hit the presidents desk. "He then can sign it or veto it!"

Sometimes congress will depend on a pesidential veto to vote for a bill they they know will not pass. "We passed it but the president vetoed it!" It is called political cover.
