Thank you kind sir. There are many on this thread with the savvy, gumption, common sense and wisdom to run a high level office such as a governor's.

It is not rocket science. It is all about sound decision making while acting on what is true and applying a just judgment to the facts. It is the use of common sense, being perceptive on what is happening around you and having the courage to do what is right for your state and its citizens. It is NOT about how much your constituents love you. Do good work and they will support you.

Christie seems to be holding to this approach.

The governor's (read politicians) that fail become too personally attached to their power and forget who put them in the job in the first place. They allow the lobbyists, the activists, the media and their party to become their mentors on how to think.
