Ryan, please don't forget the difficulty people have experienced getting their certificate requests processed. From what I've heard, the burden is entirely on the shareholders to force the issue, because orders have been refused due to lack of inventory, when, instead, the DTC should have automatically been demanding inventory replacement from the MMs. It's entirely possible that some of the inventory was replaced due to the recent drop, in which some shares were obviously shaken out. If that is the case, it may, in fact, require that a few more shares be bought in order to once again remove the inventory.

Ryan, TLWatson has never said he had faith in the squeeze, he just offers his TA on the action, I think you'll be glad you sold. There are questions about the number of outstanding shares.

Ryan: The concept upon which TA is founded, as I was taught almost 48 years ago, is that price movement is determined by what opposing market forces know or believe they know and then act upon that by either buying or selling. The strength of those beliefs is measured by the volume produced on either the buy side or the sell side. When a sustained market price movement suddenly goes limp, in either direction, the general assumption the Technical Analyst generally makes is that for whatever reason pro or con uncertainty has now entered the equation or very often after sustained moves in one direction or another come to a halt that a period of consolidation ensues. Confirmation of those periods coming to an end are usually reflected by tests of recent market highs after backing off from them or conversely a test of a recent sell off low.

In this particular situation you have a test of will between a loose confederation of long shareholders who may or may not be acting in concert with one another to force a group of what they consider to be either illegal or naked short sellers to cover those short sales in the open market. The course of action the longs have followed is to request transfer of the shares they have bought into individual name and to take physical possesion of them. On the side of the bears, a controversy has been developed on this thread by a loose knit group of doubters (the naysayers if you will) who are questioning the truth
of the claims being made by the longs. In particular, they question the veracity of the founder of what is commonly called the "Cartel."

Points and counterpoints, charges and counter charges and sometimes viscious personal attacks on the motives and objectives of and by people on both side of the argument have filled this thread with volumes of opinion and unfortunately vitriol. My purpose in posting to the thread a technical analysis of the market price movements is not to side with or against anyone. It just attempts to put into some independent perspective what the stock seems to be saying at any given momement without giving effect to the my dad can lick your dad syndrome.

My own personal trading involvement here came to a halt quite some time ago. Fortunately for me it was a profitable one. The two main reasons why I continued to stay in touch with the thread were the intrique and point and counterpoint which took place and at times was very amusing and entertaining. This unfortunately has boiled down to an almost daily exchange of hatelfull commentary and what once was fun has now deteriorated into the lowest form of mudslinging.

That "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" will not be changed by anything that is expounded on either side of the argument here and time and only time will expose in the end which side was right.

As always I wish the best of luck to all.
