Re: MDU Resources Group Inc. (MDU) BlackRock, Inc. just reported (their 13G was filed December 31, 2010) shows that they own 10,729,371 shares representing 5.70% of their outstanding shares. That's a 1.75% increase from their September 2010 13G report (Their 9/2010 13G showed 7,544,409 shares owned representing 4% of the outstanding shares). xml.10kwizard.com Added a few more MDU shares to my growing core position. I plan to eventually build this position into a top ten holding. I have not been as disciplined as you to pick up shares below $20.00/share. However I have had five buys in 2010 which have averaged in price right around $20.00/share. EKS FWIW - Sold some PFE shares w/ it's recent run up from earnings. I plan to move the proceeds into ABT, hopefully at lower levels.
