Remember how the CEO returned all his stock so there'd be no dilution?

A year ago on Nov 6, 2009, JBII's OS was 58,100,106 (with 30 mil held by the CEO)

Today (Nov 3, 2010), JBII's OS is 51,246,926 (with now only 9 mil held by the CEO).

The OS is only 6.8 mil lower than it was a year ago yet the CEO returned 21 mil shares.
