I started a short line on OPEN today, by writing call options.

How can a stock with $98 million in total annual sales and net profit of just $19 million have a market cap of $1.6 billion?
OPEN has a book value of around $3/share and trades at a P/E of 180!!!

They have just lost a major piece of their business model by scrapping the $600 subscription fee per restaurant, in order to bring more restaurants in to their site.

Total sales are projected to drop in 2011 by the company itself.

You are correct. OPEN is a dot.com cling-on.
