The TA was just never officially notified of the AS increase - no idea why. They've always reported it as 70 million.

I trust the TA over all other sources. They are the ones physically handling the paper.

Here's yahoo's disclaimer:

5 Shares outstanding is taken from the most recently filed quarterly or annual report and Market Cap is calculated using shares outstanding.

They don't say how they derive their float number.
