Frank:

Time for a little "Black Humor"

I remember on several occasions when S3 stock was taking "unexplained dips" how you had expressed your concern that GJ wasn't coming to the defense of the company. (Its all very clear now.)

Picture this. GJ is sitting in his office worried about the accounting scam. His secretary knocks on the door. " Mr Johnson, its Frank Monroe on the line again. He wants to know why you're not making a statement defending the company. What should I tell him?" Talk about sweating bullets! <GG>

Or this: GJ decides he's been suckered by the guy who told him to change the accounting. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. He has a moment of enlightenment! "Tell Frank I'll be right with him"

GJ: Frank, old boy, what can I do for you?
Frank: Gary, we're a little worried out here with people bailing out of S3 like she had tested positive for HIV.
GJ: I can feel your pain
Frank Right, Gary, as long as its not lockjaw, I'll be happy. How about a statement?.
GJ: Couldn't be easier, old chap. Probably due to that accounting change we made back in 2nd quarter. I told old xxxx that it might turn out to be a sticky wicket. I'll get right on it and release it today. OK, Frank? Frank? You still there?

Still smiling,
Ken

Stocktalk,

I have thrown away my starch, my collar and my soapbox. I did need to get a few things off my chest, and it has been tough in the past few weeks to maintin a sense of humor about this investment. I take back the "loser" comments as they were too harsh and inappropriate. My main point was to warn newcomers and novice investors like myself. I did and do learn a lot here, nd will keep readingeven though I no longer hve a stake in the co. I do feel that some here are still trying to get you on the board and are looking into the correct procedures, etc. I too thought it was a joke until I read some of the other responses, and the ggg's help for us rookies. Now if I could get Leo to comment...

Good luck to all here, and I do appologize for my innappropriate remarks, Sambo
