It sounds like a joke, but it's not a half bad idea.

Did you see that video about German engineering? It showed a terrorist driving up in a VW/Citroen. He parked, took a deep breath, and pushed his detonator. The explosion was entirely contained within the vehicle. youtube.com

Gotta be a joke. No corporation would be dumb enough to show something like that in an attempt to sell its product.
