But YOU MUST call those shares, and send those letters in.

No if and or buts about it.

Ryan, you are incorrect I'm afraid. Nothing illegal is going on here. Except for the naked shorting. You don't seem to be taking into account the fact that not all the shares owned by this group of investors is in cert form yet, due to the delays: change in TA and broker delays, etc.

Since you are now out of this stock and have expressed your opinion, is there further need now for you to repeat it?

Ryan, I believe strongly in continuing to fight against illegal selling of non-existent shares. Requesting proof of purchase is the only way I've heard of to successfully do it, and it isn't illegal to do so. It's also not illegal for shareholders to communicate with one another and offer each other support and encouragement.

I'm not going to admit defeat, I will continue to fight. It's more than trying to make money, at least from my perspective. It's my opinion that small investors get ripped off by OTC trading practices, and it likely won't stop unless a precidence is established which will cause illegal short sellers to think twice before acting. Hopefully, the SEC will also follow through with a stronger hand, as they've indicated they might. If nobody stands up for what is right, then there is no hope.

The short position has been admitted - it still exists. Some of us think the admitted numbers might be lower than the actual figures.
