Fubho, there is no way all of ObamaCare will be repealed. Democrats will filibuster that attempt all the way to the grave. There were a lot of tricks that were pulled to make ObamaCare look "deficit-neutral" to the CBO. Some of those impose greater burdens on businesses, which is a bad thing if you're focused on jobs. Some of those provisions can be repealed. But then we're left with the question of who pays for ObamaCare. All because of the entitlement mentality.
