As I understood it, the split was dependant on a vote of share holders of record on October 30th. The proposal should be mailing out this week. Any share holders who don't vote, will be counted as a yes vote for splitting.

I am encouraged that Compac is moving back up today. Now if only STBI, and BMRQ would move back up I would be a happy man.

Tony,

Anything is possible, but not logical, doubt they would cancel split. Only under extreme market conditions. This is not 1987 IMO?
