one would assume that any asset that had global value and
stood independent(ie no property taxes) would benefit after initial response to deflationary trends....(ie shark teeth may have great value in Fiji but not in India)..
it would seem that as people started to distrust their paper currencies they would want something tangible..oil might be too messy..diamonds might be too easy to be synthetic?..just guessing..
obviously the stock market might not be so enticing..
most of us don't think the governments will allow deflation to take
charge..so inflation..has to be the way..after the scares..
