The voters saw through the stupid soak the rich now, soak the middle guy later ballot measure in Washington. They saw through the sleight of hand ballot measure that raises the debt limit without raising the debt limit. Do they think we're stupid? They must, because the voters couldn't see that the people who think up that kind of crap are Patty Murray and her state level counterparts. they do must be models for the old story: "OF COURSE, I've still got money.....I've got checks, don't I?"
