It could well be that we've seen the bottom. Once we get enough way on for the rudder to work, i think we'll see a new course charted for the higher latitudes.

Too early to tell. It's certanly a nice bounce but it was also in the low $12s before it bounced back. Was a slow day in the market today as a whole so we have to see what the rest of the week brings.
