On EM Bubbling, QE1 QE2 QEx.

I was making monthly 1650 Deutsche Marks plus about USD750 in the 80s.

1993 I multiplied that by 10X

I did not bubble.

The money that was been earned by the Europeans was transferred to my pocket as they start becoming redundant, reorganized, downsized early retired.

Were those Europeans thinking that I would go back to that little money and they would take the money I have been earning and would pop?

They would need their brains examined by someone who understands the inner workings of brains.

Actually I have a friend who are versed on this medical condition.

I also want to give another example:

I have a hard time explaining to business associates:
Look to the value. Stop looking to this as costs.

The money came to my pockets because the Europeans were seeing as costs.

Elmat was perceive as value.

Emerging Markets are value.

If house is near coast, its price is driven by 3 factors:

1) Coastal pre-salt oil.
2) More income=more people in the beach either holidaying or buying property there.
3) If São Paulo then it is bubbling. Paulistanos tend to be very much home biased. It is just 5-6 years ago that they looked beyond their borders.

Luckily (for me) they brought their price memory of São PAulo bringing up Curitiba's real Estate.
