Sure probable in many still overvalued parts of the country. Just got back from a trip up north. Relatives in nice burbs far outside of NYC really think voting tea bagger will cut their RE taxes dramatically and help their values go back up to peak 2005 levels in a few years...<ng> They are only down 20-25% and I think still very high..
