It's real sneaky IMHO, because it's "off the books", however I'm for it. It's the right thing to do. I voted for him but I'm not happy with him on many other things that will remain nameless. On Alt Energy though - they are not putting enough into basic research, physics, engineering, material science, not enough on conservation, and on consumer Alt Energy they've blown it completely. Too much short term rather than long term thinking. The hallmark of our political system. "Get er done in 2 years or you are gone." All tactical little strategic.
