This is how confused the situation is. It looks like the voters did not know what they were voting for because the Republican party did not define clearly what they would do if elected.

By a process of elimination, I can only conclude that the voters voted them in so that they they can quit complaining and begin to take some responsibility along with Obama for the State of this Union. IT is now their responsibility to reign in the Teapers and prevent them for going wild bu staying into aimless political domains.
