Maybe they will, maybe they won't. It's really pure speculation by the author. They aren't even sampling yet and customers frequently discover bugs which require rework. Claiming April production startup is just a guess at this point.

It is noteworthy that AMD's Zambezi microprocessors made using 32nm silicon-on-insulator process technology by Globalfoundries will be available earlier than the company's code-named Llano chips that combine current-generation x86 cores with current-generation DirectX 11 graphics engine on the same piece of silicon.

What's noteworthy is that in their recent earnings CC AMD said that Llano would be available first...
