Unlike Fox, MSNBC has rules in place that are standard for news organizations. Olbermann is their employee and as such agreed to the guidelines and then went against them. That is not a free speech issue. And Pelosi is staying right where she is, as the best thing the Democrats have going for them in the House. She is responsible as anyone for our having Health Care Reform, the Lily Ledbetter Act, and a slew of other things. The guy who wants to replace didn't even vote for HCR or anything good on the enviroment. She put it best... they hate her because she effective. - there is also the matter that she is a woman. even among the dems in power, some take issue with that. goodness, a black man in the White House, and a woman as the most powerful dem in Congress. the horror.
