Sure he is .... Democrats never have any new thoughts .... the South will forever be in turmoil over desegration in liberal minds. Liberals turn into cranks. The contents of their heads never change. Think of Ted has blamed all California's problems on a 40 year old tax reform proposition. Wharfrat has been blaming everything on "Ronnie Raygun" since he was governor of California. And on and on.

He repeats twice that democrats were thrown out in the south because of white anger over desegregation. He neglects his history - the southern white racists were all democrats and they moved to California after desegregation. Now it's all good color blind Republicans of every race living in the south.
