If you are having this argument I have to guess Buddy no longer claims to be a libertarian. That seems to be the case, doesn't it.

(Not that Authoritarians such as yourself or Bill would ever be expected to NOTICE... but the post you are whining about --- wherein I decry the Supreme Court's decades-long expansion of the constitution's 'commerce clause', and all of the Big Brother expansions to the federal government that that unjustified ruling has engendered and enabled since then, is firmly based in some of the most fundamental of libertarian principles.) But, perhaps that's just it... when the court's rulings lead to a more intrusive morally hectoring 'Big Daddy' federal authority you are probably all for it.
