It was explained that the temporary permit to operate was only to be used in support of completing a stack test, something that occurred more than 2 months ago. Latest information we've gotten is that they still have not filed an application for a simple air permit, based on the data compiled during the stack test.

How are they operating continuously for 5 days, and shipping production across an international border?

It sounds to me that they are violating the spirit, if not the actual wording of that temporary permit.

That was something we were told JB would not do, some months ago.
